OK - I just finished 4 of the Snow Plaques.
What do you think?
The 2nd from the left has a problem with the "Lightly" shading the Rookwood Red around the leaves!! 
Any idea on how I might fix that?

I am going to attach Diane's painted SNOW plaques...I saw them on Facebook. She did a great job on them, you will agree, I am sure.

 Thank you all so much for your kind words. And Thanks Jamie for posting those for me - I don't know what I was doing wrong but just couldn't get them to post.
