Hello, I have permission from Jamie and Linda Santos to post these pictures.
Another sample of decorative painting on COLD PORCELAIN. These pieces where done by Linda Santos, a brazilian artist. All pieces were done with cold porcelain, and molded free hand, and then painted with acrylic paint. The hat measures 16",small shovel 14", butterfly 17", snowman17" (lantern is store bought ornament.
Hope you all like it. I am so much in love with the decorative painting.
Blessings

Those are so cute.  Please tell the artist I thought they are wonderful.  I've never heard of cold porcelain before.  It looks like it would be very good for those special ornaments you want to give to friends and family.  Thanks for sharing.

Amira, I think the stuff you have displayed is wonderful. I actually read a little about cold procelain last night. It sounds interesting and fairly simple. I think you are doing a wonderful job. What would you charge to put one together so that I could try to paint one? I'm just curious.

Dion, i will tell Linda , thanks.

Cris, these pieces were done by Linda. And yes, you are correct, is not hard to work with cold porcelain. I never sold pieces to be painted. I make my pieces and I do sell the finish products in craft shows. But tell me what would you like to paint and i will mold one for you. Just remember that it takes a few days to be totaly dried. Actually it depends in the size of the piece.

Hi Amira and thank you. I'm not looking for anything big. It would be neat to do something like your small snowman of course. I don't know how big your snowman is.

This cold porcelain looks fun and real interesting!  I have done a little searching on the internet.  How long does it stay good in an enclosed container?  Thanks for sharing

Hi Debbie,
The clay last long time, in a inclosed container. Must be very well protected from air exposure. I am talking from 6 months to 2 years shelf live. Depends on the brand. Even when you open the package, and you reclose it, still ok.
I can give more info via email ok.
Blessings
Amira
